"Win Invest" is an online platform (the "Site") operated and managed by Hungwin Digital Co., Ltd. (the "Company"). We take the privacy of every user seriously. The collection, use and processing of user data will follow this policy and the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Please read this policy carefully before using the services on this platform.

By using this Site you agree to this policy. If you disagree with any part or all of it, please do not use this Site.

1. Collection and use of user information
The Company collects users' personal data in order to tailor advertising that may interest them, and to carry out internal system matching as a basis for improving or providing new products and services, contacting users and conducting market research.

2. Categories of personal data
The personal data collected by the Company covers the following:

Data that can identify a user personally, for example: name, address, mobile number, electronic signature, certificate serial number, records of online identity authentication or enquiry service applications, and any other data by which the data subject can be identified.
Data that can identify a user's finances, for example: financial institution account numbers and names, credit card or charge card numbers, insurance policy numbers, and other personal numbers or accounts.
Government data by which an individual can be identified, for example: national ID number, uniform ID number, tax registration number, insurance certificate number, vehicle licence plate number.
Other technical data generated by a user registering for or using the Company's products or services, for example: IP address, sign-in time, location data, financial transaction information and other data identifying an individual's leisure activities, interests and lifestyle.

3. How personal data is obtained
The Company collects the personal data described above in the following ways:

When a user signs in via Facebook or registers directly on this Site as a member, the Company obtains the user's email address and gender information, together with the account and password used on this Site.
When you use this Site, the system automatically records your IP address, the pages you browse and the services you use, and sets and accesses cookies on your device. You may configure your computer or internet device to decide whether to allow the use of cookie technology. If you choose to disable cookies, you may experience inconvenience or limited functionality when using this Site.
Beyond the above, when you use products or services, browse pages, submit feedback or take part in promotional campaigns, the Company will collect the relevant personal data associated with your actions, including occupation, mailing address, contact number and so on, or retain a record of your usage for future reference.
4. Period, region, recipients and means of using personal data
The Company processes and uses personal data in the following ways:

If you use Facebook or another social service, the Company may — through the design of that social service and with your consent — publish part of this Site's information on your social activity page. If you do not wish such information to be published, please do not click the consent button, or afterwards remove such information or refuse further publication through the membership settings of the relevant social service.
By registering as a member, you agree to receive emails relating to any of the Company's products or services, which may include service descriptions, account management information, newsletters and similar. If you do not wish to receive any such notices or promotional messages, you may contact the Company at any time.
The personal data you provide will be processed digitally and used as the basis for identity verification, payment and similar processes when using the Company's products or services, and — within the scope of the collection purpose — as the basis for performing product and service agreements, conducting market research, delivering tailored advertising and promotion, and developing new products or services.
The period of collection, processing and use of personal data follows the validity of the membership terms. If a user lawfully terminates the membership terms with the Company, the Company will cease collecting, processing or using that user's personal data and will delete the relevant records.

The regions in which the Company collects, processes and uses personal data are limited to the Company's actual areas of business operation, meaning those places where the Company has launched products or services locally through its website or other channels.

The Company may share aggregated non-personal data with third parties. "Aggregated non-personal data" means data recording users' personal data that has been grouped, collected and reorganised so that, once processed, it no longer reflects or points to any specific identifiable user. The processing and use of such aggregated non-personal data may be carried out by the Company, its affiliates or other partners, and may take place in Taiwan or outside Taiwan.

5. Your rights over your personal data
Users may request the following from the Company:

You may at any time apply to enquire about, copy, supplement, correct or review your own personal data. You may not apply to enquire about, copy, review or change personal data belonging to an account other than your own, nor may you do so before the Company has verified your identity. Where necessary, the Company is entitled to require you to provide relevant personal data and written information to assist with these procedures.
You may at any time require the Company to cease collecting, processing or using your personal data, or to delete it. Once ceased or deleted, however, you will no longer be able to use the Company's products or services, and the membership terms between you and the Company will be deemed terminated.
To comply with legal requirements, the Company is entitled to refuse the above requests where they would harm significant national interests, obstruct a government agency in performing its statutory duties, or harm the significant interests of the collecting agency or a third party.

6. Security of personal data
To protect your privacy, the Company implements the necessary technical measures and assigns dedicated personnel responsible for overseeing information security. All employees who need to access users' personal data in the course of their work are granted only limited access rights, so that user data receives the greatest possible protection.

The Company will not disclose any user's personal data to third parties without that user's consent, except in the following circumstances:

Where formally required by a court, prosecutor's office, police authority or by law, the Company may provide the necessary personal data to the relevant government agency.
Where a merger or acquisition of assets by a third party results in a change of control, the Company will announce the relevant details. All or part of the user information held by the Company may also be transferred to a third party as part of that change of control, but the third party will succeed to and continue to follow the requirements set out in this policy regarding personal data.
Other conduct required by law, or conduct undertaken to assert rights where necessary to protect the legal rights and interests of the Company or a third party.
7. Disclaimer
No technology can currently guarantee that information transmission or transaction processes over the internet are 100% secure. Users must bear a degree of risk when using products or services provided over the internet. This policy applies only to sites operated by the Company. If you click through to a third-party site or advertisement, the matter will be handled under the privacy policy set by that operator, and is unrelated to the Company.

8. Amendment and effect of this privacy policy
The Company will update this policy from time to time, following the same procedure as changes to the membership terms, and such changes will comply with the relevant laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
